How does our Airbnb cleaning program work?

- General Cleaning & StagingChange and neatly arrange linens and bedding, dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, countertops, and décor, remove trash and replace liners in all waste bins, sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors, check for and report any damages or missing items
- BathroomsClean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers, wipe down mirrors and polish chrome, restock essential items (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.), empty trash and replace liners
- Bedrooms & Living AreasMake beds with fresh linens, dust and wipe down all furniture and surfaces, fluff and arrange pillows and throws neatly, ensure all lighting and electronics are functioning
- KitchenClean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and faucets, wipe down the exterior and spot cleaning inside of appliances (microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher), check and restock essential items (coffee, tea, condiments, dish soap, etc.), wash and put away dishes or empty the dishwasher, remove any left in the fridge
- Final TouchesAdjust furniture and décor for a polished presentation, ensure fresh towels and toiletries are available for guests, leave a welcome note or small hospitality touch, if required, conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything is spotless and guest ready
