Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Every home, business, family, and property is unique. Our goal is to identify your specific needs and create a customized cleaning plan for your home or business. To achieve this, we prefer to do a brief walkthrough beforehand, which typically takes 15 minutes or less.

Are cleaning supplies included?

All of our team members are equipped with the best products & equipment to professionally clean all areas and finishes of your home. If you would prefer a specific product to be used or if you have any allergies or fragrance sensitivities, please let our office know.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to resolve the issue. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

Many of our clients prefer to be absent while we clean. The choice is entirely yours. However, if you will not be home, please ensure that we have access instructions.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Our team members do their very best to stick as closely to your scheduled time as possible. However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, or if our team members find they need to spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is due on the day of your service. We offer many payment options: cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. We can also automatically charge a credit card if you prefer to leave a card on file.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No, there is no contract or minimum number of appointments required to book with us–we work to earn your continued business with every service.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services including weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, construction cleaning, short-term rental cleaning, and many other options. You can see our different services by visiting the home page and clicking on the “Services” button.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

We have teams consisting of either one or two cleaners. Which team we send will be determined by the size of your home or business, and the area in which it is located. To ensure consistency, we will send the same team each time.

ARE THE CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely! Every cleaner goes through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks and in-person interviews.
